Clear pathways to top tasks: secure portal, finding a doctor, and planning a visit

Initial research revealed that patients often approached finding care by researching their condition. So we combined their multiple services and content into “Condition Hubs” to help patients “connect the dots.”
College of Medicine:

Focused content on the essay-based and interview portions of the application process where students relied on sites most

Concentrated on telling the story of what it was truly like to be a Penn State College of Medicine student (lifestyle photography, quotes, data and blog)
Children's Hospital

Focused on aiding parents and caregivers during this stressful time through a direct, honest, and positive voice; and clearly addressed specific needs such as what to expect, what to do, where to park and other high frequency questions.
