Overview
Addicts and their loved ones have a high cognitive burden and multiple barriers to overcome when deciding to seek treatment. There are also multiple factors when determining which facility and care plan will best meet their needs so it is critical to create an ongoing dialog with the rep during the decision making process. Our challenge was to understand the unique barriers for each audience and ultimately increase effective conversions.

Creation of a mobile-first, step-by-step conversion funnel that speaks directly to each audience's unique concerns and facilitates discussion with a Clinical Outreach Director to maximize enrollments for the organization. The digital suite allows them to onboard patients in crisis more efficiently and ensure patients get the facility and care plan optimized for their unique needs.

The UX phase began with a workshop to determine the priority audiences and customer lifecycle concentration for the project. Our concentration was to craft a simple, easy to follow path for each audience to quickly address their questions, overcome their barriers, and encourage contextual dialog with Outreach Directors to facilitate conversion.

With addicts, wasted time can be critical and visitors are often not thinking clearly. It was imperative the visuals focused on simplicity to ease their cognitive burden, set the correct emotional tone, allow them to 'see' themselves at Sunspire, and gently guide them through the enrollment process.
